The hosting provider records standard access logs (IP address, timestamp, requested file, user agent) for security and operations. These are processed under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure service) and deleted according to the provider's retention schedule.
Your address and message are used only to answer you, stored in my email account, and not shared. You can ask for deletion at any time.
The dataset is built from public literature and public award records and is published at institution level. It does not contain personal data of researchers. If you believe a row identifies you and should not, write to hello@shareofscience.com and it will be removed.
